Over 200 trophies, numerous world championships, legendary players, records and major wins, has built up a global fanbase of over 4M direct fans, and a social reach of more than 450M people worldwide. We currently field world-class teams in CSGO, Rainbow Six & DoTA 2 and are currently exploring multiple entries into more titles to reach an even larger audience. To support our growing partnership base, we are looking for a structured, proactive and service-minded Partnership Engagement Manager.

  • You genuinely like project management and find pleasure in bringing multiple stakeholders together to deliver great ROI. Planning, meeting deadlines and attention to small nuanced details that others forget to think about, is a natural part of your nature.
  • You are a digital native, and already have a good understanding of how traditional sponsorships and media platforms co-exist together in the commercial dynamics of our industry. You are able to spot potential opportunities for our partners to up their engagement and have a small business development component to your profile.
  • You have a positive creative mindset and a natural interest in how brand activations and customer engagement works. You know about the newest campaigns from big brands, competitors and other relevant sources. You are incredibly excited about what esports can become over the next 20 years.

The core responsibilities:

  • Account management of current partners together with the Head of Sponsorship Sales.
  • Further, develop and fully onboard partners into our partnership program
  • Daily lead on the execution of campaigns, deliverables and activations, through collaboration with other internal departments
  • Partnership ROI reporting and tracking through various software platforms
  • Be an excellent team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills, able to build relations across all departments internally and externally

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant, project management or customer success experience with the majority having been in sponsorship or marketing deliveries.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • An accountable self-starter who is able to structure your own work, and handle multiple projects at the same time.
