North is owned by two of Scandinavia's most significant companies within entertainment and sports: Nordisk Film & football club FC Copenhagen. Esports is one of the fastest-growing markets, with $4.5B invested into the industry in 2018, with 2019 on track for similar numbers.

2020 will be a pivotal year for North with ample opportunities for the individual to grow and completely new leadership at the helm.

North Esports needs to build its revenue further and is looking for a results-driven leader who can drive our sales efforts and outperform the sales competition from rival teams and leagues. This position will help ensure we're maximising our potential during this time of growth and is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredible team and experience success with one of the top Esports organisations in Scandinavia.

The Role:

  • Identify, chase and close new partnerships for North to grow our revenue
  • Research and tailor our offering according to potential partner needs
  • Create & improve materials showcasing our offering
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create enticing partnership activation proposals

Experience and Skills:

  • +5 years of experience with sales or sponsorships
  • Ability to identify and communicate core value propositions to senior executives
  • Ability to manage the comprehensive sales process: identity, prioritise, and close potential partners
  • Deep client relationships with non-endemic companies in key verticals that targets young men (ideal candidate)
  • Creative leader who can manufacture win-win solutions for North and our partners
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Knowledge of sports, gaming, esports, and influencers is a plus
