The purpose of this position is to drive business success for NVIDIA’s consumer business in Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for overall sales targets including revenue and market share. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for demand generation, go-to-market strategy and working with Partners such as distributors, dealers, resellers and eco-system partners to achieve those business goals.

The candidate will be responsible for both the discrete graphic cards business (GeForce) that is sold indirectly through AIC partners (such as ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE etc) as well as NVIDIA’s own branded consumer products that are launched in the market. The candidate may have to work from home until Nvidia establish an onsite office.

  • Develop and implement high impact and effective end-user demand generation program to drive NVIDIA product and brand preference and sales growth.
  • Working with distributors on sell-out plan to resellers in the market and ensure that distributors provide accurate reports on sell out.
  • Develop distributor and retailer incentive programs to drive sales performance and KPIs.
  • Manage and track the Market Development Fund (MDF) and Partner Agreement Form (PAF) to drive activities to meet sales targets.
  • Work with sales team to prioritize infrastructure build (displays, shelves, fixtures) in key retailers
  • Develop channel promotions & activities and provide necessary input to ensure distributor and retailer buy-in of key activities.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide weekly sales report on market situation to management as required.
  • Develop relationship and leverage key gaming eco-system partners to build NVIDIA preference in the country.
  • Develop a strategy to drive adoption and upgrade in Cyber Cafes/Game Centers
  • Plan and organize events such as game tournaments, product launches and training programs for dealers and end users.
  • Support Ecommerce marketing requirements and alignment
  • Ensure and align with all partners (Principle, distributor, retailer, Cyber café) that branding guidelines are followed
  • Deployment of marketing material in all retailers.

Preferred Working Experience:

  • 3 years of sales experience in IT products with at least 2-3 years proven success in sales/marketing working with distributors.
  • Experience with IT retailers and gaming products will be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of NVIDIA product and technology in general will be a plus
