As the Digital Planning Leader, you will focus on bringing platform, customer data, and digital marketing strategies together to drive business growth for NVIDIA’s gaming businesses (GeForce, SHIELD, GeForce NOW). You will work cross-functionally across the digital team of functional experts as well as directly with the GeForce marketing and product teams to lead and execute on gaming digital strategies and initiatives. You will be expected to serve as subject matter and industry expert for gaming behaviors in digital to ensure increased efficiency, conversions, engagements or brand awareness goals are met or surpassed. You have an extraordinary track record in driving business transformation and growth, enjoy working collaboratively and can execute on delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead us down uncharted paths to recommend, leverage, implement and manage data-driven digital strategies to better target, personalize and ultimately improve our gamer digital experiences to drive growth.
  • Surface insights to GeForce marketing and product teams that build knowledge of how GeForce gamers interact with digital experiences.
  • Understand business opportunities to grow gaming and drive digital innovation that delivers on opportunities.
  • Identify platform and marketing priorities and initiatives that will grow digital’s impact on revenue.
  • Work across digital centers of excellence (platform, analytics, and campaign planning) to identify areas of focus that improve executional effectiveness.
  • Drive web enhancements that improve the customer experience and lead to increased digital (ecommerce and etail) sales.

What we need to see from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an accredited institution
  • 12+ years digital experience, ideally with 5+ years driving direct to consumer digital businesses
  • 8+ years of management experience
  • Immersed in the gaming space – understand dynamics in esports, game streaming, etc.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing space – martech tools, attribution models, and benchmarks
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong collaboration and team influence skills
  • Data driven decision-making and comfort working with numbers
  • Strong project/people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize workload

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience managing digital for dynamic businesses with frequent launches/news
  • Background in managing digital subscription businesses
  • Experience working with predictive engines and AI marketing tools.
  • Exposure to Tableau or any other BI tools
  • Experience or interest working with APIs
