As our Consumer Email Marketing Manager you will help marketing partners across NVIDIA’s gaming businesses (GeForce, SHIELD, GeForce NOW) implement and deliver highly effective lifecycle, loyalty, and subscription-based email campaigns. You will be responsible for developing email programs with the goal of successfully engaging, retaining, and nurturing gamers across NVIDIA. What you’ll be doing:

  • We will need you to drive the calendaring, testing strategy, execution, and analysis for consumer campaigns across NVIDIA.
  • Lead campaign setup for programmatic and manual email campaign launches.
  • Provide your experienced guidance on email methodologies during the creative and development process.
  • Design and execute A/B tests that support your key hypotheses and deliver actionable insights in support of the business objectives.
  • Strive to optimize email campaigns against key performance metrics including open and click rates.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to execute on your campaign plan, making sure that the relevant campaign, offer, and test plan tracking is in place.
  • Analyze the performance of your campaigns, summarize key insights, and offer your recommended next steps.
  • Help drive improvements and/or evolve email templates and email capabilities.
  • Multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years experience in consumer-based email marketing and/or engagement marketing.
  • You will need to have experience working with an email service provider (ESP) platform(s).
  • Demonstrate a firm understanding of the latest in email template development (HTML, CSS, Responsive).
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with segmentation, tracking, and finding and delivering key insights.
  • Proven knowledge of email standard methodologies extending to effective creative & messaging, CAN-Spam legislation, GDPR requirements, and benchmarking performance.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation & project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an accredited institution
