Are you an autonomous & creative self-starter seeking the next big challenge? We are looking for an OEM Sales Account Manager with experience leading Tier 1 OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) engagements. We need a highly motivated sales leader who can function as a leading member of our NVIDIA Sales team.

Do you crave responsibility for revenue, strategic alignment and management of your OEM partner for NVIDIA's Consumer Products? This is a partner facing position that requires your close collaboration with NVIDIA business planning, product marketing, program management, developer relations, FAE, and applied engineering to drive revenue. The role requires your deep understanding of the end-to-end OEM ecosystem and the capability to drive sell-in strategy and execution, as well as supporting the OEM’s Go to Market (GTM) and sell-out activity. The role also requires you to possess working knowledge of OEM sales channels and partner community, as well as experience in the development and execution of marketing activities to drive success. Sales technique, technical acumen, operational excellence, and business development skills are a minimum requirement. Your skillset should include the ability to seamlessly work with multiple levels and organizations inside the partner; to shift easily from working with VP/GM-level executives, to product and program managers, to engineers.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for all aspects of account strategy, product sell in, demand creation, forecasting, sales leadership, training and sales enablement to, for, and with, the OEM partner. Your responsibilities within our team include but are not limited to:

  • Driving revenue and market share for NVIDIA consumer products in the account
  • Designated as a strategic point of contact and relationship owner for the OEM
  • Leading RFI, RFP, and RFQ engagement, management and execution
  • Account strategy and tactical leadership, building strategic partnership, and driving sustaining revenue
  • Align closely with OEM, ISVs, and NVIDIA marketing to develop, lead and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate awareness and adoption of the NVIDIA product portfolio.
  • Define, drive and communicate platform strategy for products and features
  • Evangelize the use of NVIDIA products and technologies to OEM and partners.
  • Travel globally as business requirements indicate.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience in OEM and partner account management, business development and sales representing components, systems, or software in the IT industry
  • Track-record of exceeding sales results, team leadership and goal achievement.
  • History of implementing successful long-term technology partnerships
  • Contract negotiation and vendor management experience with global OEMs.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills, a consultative selling approach, and be highly motivated.
  • Experience and capability presenting to executive and technical audiences.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • To be a part of our team you should have experienced knowledge in Graphics, PC Gaming content and ecosystem, and consumer package goods for global go-to-market. NVIDIA is the world leader in Computer Graphics, Visualization, GPU Acceleration, and Virtualization.
  • MBA a plus.
