We are looking for a Creative Director who’s got an incredible eye for spotting ideas and is able to lead a team of hotshot creatives in Singapore. We ask you be able to inspire and deliver world class creatives ideas from concept to presentation for our International clients. So ask yourself… Could you manage filming a content series with Liverpool Football Club, building the creative strategy of a brand entering the world of eSports for the first time, capture the fandom of Glastonbury or the Grammys, race to craft an experience at Fashion week or bring to life an an Olympic Games activation? How would you fare building an Australian Open fan zone or capturing Mastercard’s magic of Priceless in their sponsorships?

We believe that you should have at least 8 years industry experience - but even better than that, you’ve enjoyed delivering from fully integrated campaigns to experiential activations, content that could make you laugh out loud or well up in tears, worked across different industry sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Singapore creative team to deliver innovative, and inspiring ideas from concept to execution.
  • Present creative ideas for execution which deeply link to our clients and their specific business objective.
  • Cultivate and foster creativity throughout the agency and support your team’s individual creative goals.
  • Continue to support creative and offer solutions whenever a barrier or hurdle is presented.
  • Work closely with the strategy and accounts team to deliver awesome work on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate and support the creative process with the Creative Services Director to deliver great work.
  • Oversee, approve and ensure all creative outputs are up to standard before we deliver to client.
  • With the support of the creative team, help to execute and visualise ideas to be presented and also to be executed and delivered
  • Foster relationships and support our internal stakeholders to help our team negotiate and communicate the creative vision.
  • Work with our Regional Creative Director to support creative growth within our business and deliver awesome work which earns attention!

Requirements

  • A passion for sport & entertainment – this isn’t just a job for you.
  • Relevant experience in Sports & Entertainment Creative.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative.
  • Extensive experience in ideation and carrying the concept through to execution.
  • Experience in managing a creative team to deliver awesome work.
  • Able and comfortable to operate within a dynamic, global working environment across different time zones as well client’s office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of personality types.
  • Excellent communications skills – presenting, visualizing, written and verbal.
  • Ability to foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven track record of executing at least 2 x international campaigns over the year.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel and weekend/holiday work as needed.
