OMEN by HP is seeking a marketing coordinator to help manage our most important sponsorship partners and programs globally. The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming, esports, and technology and has expertise in relationship building, project management, and communicating global/regional/country marketing programs. You’ll be working with a team of marketing professionals based around the world, including our creative agencies, global business units and regional marketing teams, to optimize OMEN by HP’s brand performance at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Manager of Global Marketing for PC Gaming, you will be responsible for:
    • Maintain strategic partnerships with external affiliate partners needed for our strategic initiative success.
    • Manage day-to-day communications & drive marketing programs between external partners, WW marketing, and region/country marketing teams.
    • Manage campaign deliverables, campaign measurement, and partner reporting.
    • Set & enforce guidelines for partnership initiatives to be used at region/country level, as well as how best to integrate sponsors into key initiatives and social needs.
    • Provide regular reports & dashboards relating on the progress of the global marketing group towards the established KPIs & metrics for partnerships in order to measure success and adapt to the changing landscape.

Knowledge and skills

  • Three (3) years of work experience in relevant field.
  • Must possess industry foresight and insights to help identify future opportunities that support our goals.
  • Strong communication skills – both in person and digitally, with the ability to sell-in opportunities to the larger team.
  • Has the ability to understand KPIs for partners & HP to recognize potential opportunities.
  • Can set goals pertaining to partner outreach and interaction.
  • Understand the complexity of integrating into region & country goals.
  • Out-going personality / personable.
  • High level of tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom
  • Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging
  • Able to travel frequently, including internationally, while carrying a full workload
  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Writing and editing skills - requires peer or manager review.
  • Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
