ONE ESports is looking for a Community manager to build, grow and engage with fans.
A social native with a passion for ESports, the successful candidate will help lead the development of this new initiative. From sourcing influencers, managing relationships to publishing social content and responding to queries, the Community manager will be multi-skilled and should be able to multi-task.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social content
  • Develop relationships with a variety of influencers within different ESports communities
  • Cover live events as and when required
  • Setting and implementing strategies across social platforms to meet ONE ESports strategic content, growth and marketing aims.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and standards are maintained.


  • Candidate needs to have a passion for ESports
  • At least 3 years of related work experience as a social media manager
  • Candidate must have extensive and detailed knowledge of online marketing channels and launching online community initiatives
  • Ability to interpret social analytics and metrics.
  • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to present concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Take direction and constructive criticism where appropriate but also be comfortable working with minimum supervision
