This is a key role in shaping the future of ONE Esports and presents an opportunity for quick advancement in a rapidly growing company. You MUST be an absolute superstar that loves a start-up, aggressive, fast-paced environment and filled with a desire to be a part of something great.

You will be in a leading role for the department and assist in all areas of esports activities related to sponsorship and advertising for the company. You will take responsibilities in the department including but not limited to: industry research, prospecting new business and potential partners, closing new business and fulfilling advertising and sponsorship packages through strategic selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual revenue targets as determined by ONE management
  • Prospect and develop new business, including email and cold-calling
  • Support renewal process for partner agreements where applicable
  • Assist in managing internal and external sales process while reporting and updating CEO of ONE Esports on a weekly basis
  • Work with the ONE Esports team with supporting partnership programs that amplifies the events
  • Manage and grow relationships with partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for brands involved in esports
  • Work cooperatively with other ONE staff, helping to achieve overall company goals
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the CEO of ONE Esports

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • 5+ years’ of esports sales and partnership experience with proven track records
  • Passion for video games and esports
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
