What will you be doing?

We are currently recruiting for two eSports Content Coordinators to support the eSports Marketing Manager. You will be primarily be involved with creating and maintaining content and generating traffic via various digital mediums, as well as acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers through increased content engagement.

Here are some of the duties and responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and measure content with an emphasis on esports specific content within Pinnacle’s esports content portal and social media channels
  • Collaborate with external partners to create unique and engaging content
  • Work closely with the Creative Services team to help create, update and edit visual assets across all Pinnacle web properties
  • Coordinate the production and publishing of content provided by external partners
  • Measure the effectiveness of third party content against Content Marketing KPIs
  • Work to an agreed content schedule; contribute content ideas
  • Proofread web and email content
  • Measure content success metrics via Google Analytics
  • Follow best practice` standards via an internal Style Guide and SEO Guide
  • Maintain relationships with freelance contributors
  • Work closely with the Esports Community Coordinator to improve the reach of content
  • Research new potential avenues to explore with content outreach

How will you be measured?

  • Regular assessment
  • Team KPI's which will also show individuals overall contribution

What we are looking for?

In order to be considered for this position, you must be hard-working, ambitious and passionate about eSports. It’s such a niche market, that you will have to have some knowledge and understanding of the different tournaments, competitive games and virtual leagues. Also, an understanding of the basic of sports betting would be considered a ‘nice to have’.

You will able to demonstrate your knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms, together with your flair for writing good content. You should have strong organisational skills to be able to manage tight project deadlines and strong communication skills. But, most importantly, we would love to see your passion in video games and eSports, coupled with your ability to produce content that engages users across varying online platforms

Please note that our interview process is comprised of three stages:

  • Stage I: Phone screening (and short writing exercise)
  • Stage II: Interview with Esports Manager and HR at our offices in London
  • Stage III: Final interview with the Head of Content Marketing/or member from the Exec Team.
