Pixio Team is looking for a new Support Technician / Technical Support Specialist who is seeking to work for a fast growing, E-Commerce based company.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses basic monitor/computer problems.
  • Repairs and /or replaces the monitor components.
  • Maintain repair records, orders and tracks parts.
  • Management of warranty processes such as recording, inspection, repairing, and shipping.
  • Research on tech trends, news, new troubleshooting, better solution, and etc. related to PC monitors
  • Performs related duties as assigned
  • Technical customer support (email)
  • Collaborate with Sales Team and Shipping Team to prepare, forecast new/old products to meet deadlines across all corresponding e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate with managers in different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications

  • Computer/Monitor literate
  • Must have prior experience working in a monitor/computer/electronics repair.
  • Must have necessary knowledge about maintenance and repair of monitors/computer/electronics, including proper procedures and method, parts/materials related to electrics, and tools.
  • Understands how to replace parts in technology, diagnose simple issues.
  • Well-organized
  • Detail oriented, organized with excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
  • Possesses positive attitude with all others with great communication skills
  • Self-confident, strong work ethic, result driven, self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Positive, Persistent, Hands on, energetic, organized, and team player.
  • Holds at least U.S. legal resident (U.S. permanent resident) or U.S. citizen)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps.

Job Type

  • Full-time (9:30AM-6:30PMand 1hour lunch break)
