Loaded: Who We Are

The Developer Partnerships team at Loaded is looking for a hard-working, analytical and creative Account Manager for Developer Partnerships who will be responsible for driving new business inputs and managing existing campaign deliverables for Loaded’s publisher and developer partners. The Account Manager will be part of the team that creates influencer campaigns for gaming companies. This highly collaborative role will interface with internal and external stakeholders across BD, sales, creative, development, partner managers, publishers, co-marketers and executive leadership. The role will fit into the team’s long-term vision of building the foremost full-service influencer marketing platform servicing gaming publishers and developers of all sizes.

A successful candidate will have an adept ability to maintain communication and planning discipline, even as business inputs may rapidly change. Clear and effective written and verbal communication is expected in a successful candidate. An ideal candidate will have experience with planning creator-focused events or activations, as well as scheduling large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders.


  • Manage the deal flow and pipeline, from early planning, execution, completion to post-mortem phases.
  • Analyze influencer data; evaluate opportunities with operations team and providing proper offers to developers based on the game-specific opportunity.
  • Daily account management and support to ensure influencer and developer satisfaction with products, monetization, distribution, service levels, etc. Strive to exceed client expectations and objectives.
  • Collect and submit game performance data to developers regularly.
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing reports, client case studies and data-driven facts that support the business and its growth.
  • The role requires an ability to travel to sites or events where the candidate will represent the company.
  • Assist in influencer and developer facing communications; ensure stakeholders and project sponsors are consistently apprised of ongoing updates/changes/progress.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
