Prodigy Agency is a leading esports representation, management and marketing agency building legacies for world-class and upcoming talents and players, influencers, brands and properties around the globe.

We are looking for a Business Developer to play an important role in the team, developing the commercial and business strategy of the agency and mainly focusing on finding new business opportunities for our esports players - including players such as ZywOo, apEX, ScreaM, GeT_RiGhT, Coldzera, Mushi and more..

The Business Developer will create target lists, research specific markets and/or brands, assist in setting up meetings/calls with decision makers by making cold calls and other tasks pertaining to the Talent Business and Marketing process.

The Business Developer will report to the CEO of Prodigy Agency, and will be responsible for the commercial development of the agency.

This is a great role for an ambitious business and marketing specialist, who is passionate and highly knowledgeable about esports and influencer marketeing, who has a desire to play an integral role in defining the business and commercial strategy for one of the leading esports representation agency in the world - with a rocket development and growth.


  • Developing leads, securing meetings and building relationships with prospective partners through outbound approaches, existing relationships and generally building an industry network and profile.
  • Identifying and approaching brands (endemic and non-endemic)
  • Pitching sponsorships and campaigns featuring our talents to various brands
  • Development of bespoke and tailored partnership proposals and presentations to suit the needs of individual companies.
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Management and evolution of a leads and opportunities customer relationship management system. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and business development contacts and activities.
  • Building a Business Case – Development of the partnership narrative incorporating core belief/purpose, unique selling point and commercial assets and properties to help secure new commercial partners
  • Contractual Process – Closing partnership deals including negotiation of commercial terms and working alongside Prodigy’s legal team to conclude contractual agreements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of esports scene and influencer/digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills + negotiation skills
  • Strong ability at communication and business development, rich experience in business cooperation and negotiation
  • High professional ethics and confidentiality awareness;
  • Capable of building & maintaining relationships with brands
  • Capable of identifying talent strengths and selecting relevant talent for each campaign brief
  • Able to work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as Google Drive


  • Existing relationships with relevant brands
  • Experience working with talents, players, influencers..
  • Experiencing designing and pitching marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of building valuable commercial relationships and the ability to influence and sell at a senior level
  • Significant experience of sourcing and closing commercial deals and overseeing a transactional process.
  • Passion, energy and drive with a results oriented approach.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
