PUBG Corp is the developer and publisher of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS(PUBG), and PUBG Santa Monica is the heart of PUBG Publishing. PUBG Santa Monica is in search of an Ecommerce Manager to lead a global ecommerce strategy for PUBG as well as plan and execute the North America regional strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, present, and maintain detailed global ecommerce strategies and executable plans to ensure growing player base and to improve player experience
  • Analyze in-game data and help guide the PUBG economy to develop ecommerce initiatives that bring player satisfaction
  • Seek and clearly present new opportunities, outlining the risks of the proposed initiatives based on robust data analytics
  • Plan and implement industry best practices regarding purchasing process optimization to improve player’s interest in content purchase and to create the most rewarding and exciting experience
  • Collaborate with analytics, platform development, and game development teams to acquire insights and to implement strategies/initiatives
  • Monitor trends and benchmarks in the industry to bring the best experience to PUBG players
  • Drive campaigns to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention, and average revenue per user (ARPU)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce with a proven track record of leading initiatives which meet and exceed expectations
  • Strong analytics and gamer mindset in order to understand the wants and needs of the audience
  • Open minded listener who can understand differing views, opinions, and aspects of business
  • Passionate gamer who understands other gamers and how we are making decisions in game play
  • Open to cultural differences in order to lead a global strategy that reflects diverse opinions from various regions
  • Excellent presentation, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Crisis-management experience
  • Bachelor's degree and MBA or Master of Economics, mathematics, statistics, and econometrics or science preferred
  • Experience in business intelligence preferred
