We are looking for a Marketing Manager for LATAM who will be responsible for building and maintaining various Marketing Campaigns.The ideal candidate is able to analyze trends with numbers and is an entrepreneur at heart.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and conduct market research to understand players and to derive market insights in LATAM
  • Drive strategic marketing planning, setting short/long-term goals, identifying KPIs, and applying marketing frameworks
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and translate global brand strategies to regional tactics to drive key initiatives in LATAM
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and clear communications across all media, including advertising materials and promotional items
  • Lead creative development and produce valuable and engaging content for our target audience in LATAM
  • Forecast, allocate, track, manage and be accountable for marketing budgets for LATAM
  • Manage organizational activities like trade shows, gaming expos and conferences in LATAM
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns to gain insight and assess against goals
  • Manage strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in video gaming, internet, or technology related industries for marketing
  • Fluent English writing and verbal communication skills and native level Portuguese
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in the integrated marketing communication and campaigns across LATAM countries
  • Solid understanding of the social media sphere in LATAM
  • Proven track record of excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking
  • Experience in business intelligence system or statistical tools including Tableau
  • Proven exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
