Job Responsibilities

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our global online store, working together with the rest of the online store specialists (including merchandising, content, platform, order management and out-sourced vendors) to ensure a smooth and speedy customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with category managers and marketing team to manage an Online Store Activity calendar that includes promotions, campaigns, new product launches and any other product, content or marketing related activity
  • Maintaining the product and content catalogue of B2C webstore globally (> 30 countries)
  • Executing online marketing programs to drive traffic to homepages and microsites including content production and conversion merchandising
  • Managing marketing operations vendor to execute creative and content asset production, publishing and store operations according to SLA's
  • Utilizing ecommerce platform tools to optimise site/store pathing and page merchandising to drive conversion
  • Driving revenue based on site performance metrics (page conversion, cart value, cart close rate)
  • Ideation and executing initiatives to increase sales and customer experience
  • Analyzing key performance indicators through tools such as Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Optimizely, HotJar, KISSmetrics, to optimise navigation and merchandising onsite
  • Managing vendor performance including quarterly business review and weekly operations review

Pre-Requisites

  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, online sales, internet marketing, or related internet business
  • Experience with managing ecommerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento and/or marketplace
  • Possess both ability to be hand-on and manage outsourced vendors
  • Experience creating online assets for brand marketing including a working knowledge of image editing, HTML editing and page scripting applications
  • Content Management System experience would be preferred
  • Proven ability to think critically, logically to analyse and present data
  • Motivated and passionate about the gaming industry and being part of a team
