Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to drive our global esports brand, Team Razer, reaching both gaming and mainstream audience worldwide, through the management of our esports teams and athletes, and their engagement with our products, software and services, positioning Razer as the gaming lifestyle brand.

Reporting to Global Esports Director or Senior Manager, your scope will manage and support our global business units leads, and regional (US, EU, China and Asia Pacific) esports and marketing leads, and external partners in planning and executing our marketing activities in all touch points, like tournament and events, as well as sales channels.

So much of the fundamentals and serious part of the role, the fun starts when you are at the forefront of esports growth. Your work experience will provide you ample chances to exercise creativity, engagement with different internal and external experts in the field of product, marketing and field execution. Your learning opportunities and accomplishment will be endless, for you to take lead in one of the fastest growing industry both in gaming and in esports!

Pre-Requisites

  • Regional or global marketing experiences are preferred to understand the dynamics of global audiences, and the know-how to manage and execute global marketing campaign from consistency to relevance.
  • A true marketer who understands the consumer journey, from digital, social to retail marketing, with strong creativity and proactiveness to be different, and be effective in communicating and influencing target audiences.
  • If you are gamer, pro or casual is a plus, but even non-gamer is fine. But you should be extremely curious and has the unstoppable passion in the gaming industry and esports.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written in English is a must, and additional languages, like Chinese, German, or Korean is absolutely a plus.
  • Marketing academic discipline is not necessary, but be a natural marketer, curious, creative, passionate, audience focused and ultimately accountable.
  • This may not be a desk bound role, be ready to go out, meet the community and experience the world of gaming.
