Riot Games was established in 2006 by avid gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience, and beyond!

As a London Rioter, you'll join a small but dedicated team striving to help Riot become the most player-focused game company in the world. You'll share our prioritisation of player experience, rejection of convention and passion for gaming. And you’ll bring unique player experiences that demonstrate to UK players they are front and centre of what we’re trying to achieve. Additionally you will work with an EU People team ensuring that core People Programs are optimised and HR service delivery is consistent to maximise Rioter engagement.

We’re looking for passionate professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. We embrace those who see things differently and aren’t afraid to experiment. That's where you come in.

Desired Qualifications

  • Empathetic: you're comfortable commingling with people from all cultures and backgrounds, and you care for the folks around you; when someone needs personal or professional advice, you're there to offer guidance
  • Organized: you keep impeccable records and understand the rationale behind procedures; this understanding of the way a company works helps you bring valuable insights, whether through formal channels or by busting barriers
  • Trustworthy: you're a human vault, locking confidential conversations away behind impenetrable steel; whether candidly advising a teammate or copping to your mistakes, you don't fear the truth, always delivering and receiving it constructively
  • Coolheaded: you excel in high-stress situations by embracing the unexpected, when details are hazy; you maintain stability in crisis-mode, keeping everyone positive when others might become defensive or frustrated
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: you're comfortable moving between projects, dealing with changing priorities and facing the uncertain because risk and change motivates you to evolve
  • Armed with insight: you understand the tools, trends, and best practices affecting today's talent landscape; you strive to improve your skills while staying in the know in the esports industry
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organisation with a “Global Local” Mindset: when problems appear, you’re quick to apply your methodical approach to clean up even the stickiest of situations; you look past the obvious, checking in with all sources to uncover any hidden issues and work toward a sustainable solution
