About the position:

We are seeking an Account Executive to support the management of multiple programs and execution for our financial service client’s entertainment platform. You will report to the Senior Account Manager and will assist with the overall planning/execution process. You will also have various day-to-day program management and client/agency integration responsibilities. Some client service, talent management and entertainment industry background, including music, film and gaming and/or eSports knowledge are a tremendous plus.

You will be able to work both independently and within a multi-agency team setting, while supporting the brand focused initiatives and event activation. We are looking for someone with experience in solid client management background, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and event management/hospitality experience.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Support plan development and lead agency execution of activities and programming related to client’s Entertainment sponsorship properties including (but not limited to):
  • Client presentation development
  • Build and handle cross-channel B-to-C programs and promotions
  • Coordinate B-to-B hospitality events and programs
  • Asset management, ticket allocation and audit oversight
  • Liaison for approvals across creative/branding, PR, off-line media, social media
  • Run program recaps
  • Support Senior Account Manager and Account Managers in handling relationships with entertainment properties on behalf of clients
  • Event marketing management and execution (Project plans, Budget management, Timelines)
  • Support billing and budget reconciliation
  • Monitor and research competitive activity for existing clients and produce report of findings
  • Assist account leads in supporting day to day needs for Financial Services client
  • Support the development of marketing activation plans, strategies, budgets and deliverables
  • Assist with planning and execution of custom Marketing programs
  • Development and management of specific materials related to individual events, including but not limited to management of accompanying digital platforms and all activation elements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners as well as outside vendors and properties
  • help develop and track program budgets and timelines

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A passion for entertainment including music, film and gaming – this isn’t just a job for you
  • Relevant experience in Entertainment Marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years agency/client service experience
  • Experience in implementing marketing plans and events
  • Experience with on-site execution
  • Experience in document writing including status reports, recaps, industry/competitive analysis
  • Capacity to become day to day client contact
  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal. A writing and PowerPoint assignment will be part of the hiring process
  • Some budget management and/or reconciliation experience
  • Ability to be a great partner to venues, vendors, suppliers, etc.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent computer skills, master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability and flexibility to travel and weekend/holiday work as needed
