The Marketing Executive role is a key position within the marketing team, primarily focused on supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and wider global organisation.

The successful candidate will be driven, diligent and analytical. The marketing team carries out activities as diverse as building and managing multiple multi-lingual websites, researching, writing and publishing our own in-depth bespoke reports, producing compelling presentations and pitch decks, and working to promote and protect the brand internally and externally.

As a result, we are looking for a candidate that is truly excited to work in a fast paced, no-two-days-the-same, international environment. The successful candidate will also be highly creative, with a strong eye for brand and design.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and deliver the global marketing activity calendar
  • Manage, develop and consistently update SharePoint, for vital internal communications / resource platform
  • Owning and delivering our social media strategy across Twitter, FB, LinkedIn and WeChat, and knowledge of social media scheduling platforms
  • Creating content that goes into the newsletters and will look at the results to help us learn how we can improve open and click through rates
  • Developing content and global insights in our sectors; Esports, Core Sports, Digital and Technology, Media and Content and Sporting goods and Fashion
  • Manage our email marketing platform Campaign Monitor, to deliver weekly newsletters to our global marketing database
  • Assisting our global teams in sending out mailouts on behalf of the relevant Partner regarding an upcoming event, new content etc
  • Overseeing our job board, creating new job ads, adding in videos and images, optimising for SEO purposes, ensuring applications are going through to our consultants all over the world and more
  • Managing the implementation of our Client Feedback programme, Starred, which requires experience of Invenias
  • Provide training for marketing tools and delivery documents for all support staff across the offices, including designing/composing detailed guides
  • Management and development if SRI website including structural changes
  • Monitoring our ‘Contact us’ email inboxes
  • Train and develop regional administration support on Starred feedback platform within Invenias
  • Train and develop all employees on the effective use of Office 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive

Candidate Profile

The must have’s:

  • 3+ years of marketing-related experience
  • Intermediate skills with InDesign and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of and experience of using Office 365, particularly SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in using Campaign Monitor
  • Knowledge of WordPress, our website host, particularly in regard to using the job board and microsite functions
  • Experience in using Invenias to be able to manipulate data, a CRM database
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A significant understanding of Google analytics
  • Relevant industry knowledge e.g. media, content, entertainment, technology, sports, sporting goods & fashion and esports
  • Be able to speak French proficiently
  • Cross-cultural awareness i.e. experienced living and working in different cultural environments
  • An understanding and experience of coding and html to aid in website development
  • Be willing to work in an international environment; flexible and adaptable
