We are looking for an enthusiastic, new member of our team with a “can do attitude” to deliver on the new BA (Hons) Esports degree. This innovative degree is a first for the UK and is jointly delivered by the Business School and the Department of Games and Visual Effects.

Staffordshire Business School has a well-established reputation for providing an innovative portfolio which includes Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Higher Degree Apprenticeships and commercial courses.
The successful individual must have a proven track record as a practitioner and be passionate about teaching and the career development of students.
You will teach and assess students across programmes and play a lead role in the development of the curriculum and the design and delivery of new modules. We will also look to you to help shape our teaching and learning strategies to explicitly enhance the student experience through the use of digital technology.
You must be an enthusiastic, reliable, flexible lecturer with business experience and an ambition to undertake research, scholarly activity, consultancy or income generating activities. You will also be expected to contribute to engagement with schools, colleges and recruitment activities. We ensure the success of our courses through constant meaningful collaboration with the games industry, which you will be a part of.
Candidates for this job must have applied experience and be willing to undertake further level eight study if appropriate.
