More than just an esports team, Team Liquid is also a media enterprise. Starting with our community sites, we have expanded into other areas within the gaming ecosystem. 1UP Studios, our video content production arm, is a full service production company renowned for its high-quality documentary style film making and creative commercial content. Our wiki network, Liquipedia, is the most widely used resource in all of esports. We also manage some of the gaming space’s most popular names through our influencer management agency, Liquid Media.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an EMEA Client Manager to join in our success! We are looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment with challenging yet incredibly rewarding work. This role will report to the Director of Client Services and will be work out of our Utrecht, NL facility.

Confident. Our client manager will be working with both endemic and non-endemic organizations, and they must have the disposition to succeed in a high-pressure environment.

Resolute. Our ideal candidate must be able to stand firm on our decisions but compromise when necessary, and search for solutions to potential conflicts.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-of-the-line service to Team liquid clients through a solutions-driven approach and executing consistent follow-up.
  • Manage all incoming client requests, seeking solutions and ensuring client expectations are always met.
  • Maximize sales of current accounts through ongoing relationship and account management.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all client matters answering questions, delivering on requests, attending meetings and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on the development and delivery of client campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables and campaigns are completed in a timely manner to the correct client specifications.
  • Maintain and update a status document with requested, pending and completed deliverables.
  • Assist the department head on all tasks regardless of focus or specialization.

Requirement/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience managing a large-scale client account while also servicing 2-3 additional smaller accounts.
  • General understanding and interest in the Esports industry, with the ability to work with Team Managers and navigate their schedules to meet the needs of the clients.
  • Ability to proactively network with current clients and be self-sufficient with the network.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral); fluency in additional languages a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
