About the Role

You will join TEO to take care of our most important asset: our employees. Your excellent analytical and interpersonal skills helped you to build a proven track record of successful long-term hires in a fast moving environment. After helping hiring managers to build out their teams with the right people, you will be the first line of contact for TEO’s staff when it comes to work and labor law related matters. You put the Human in human resources. While the organization grows, you will help to support our staff with travel and general organization/office management.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supporting TEOs most important assets, our global employees.
  • Implementing on- and off-boarding processes for employees and freelance staff.
  • Human resources operations, e.g. creation of work contracts and reference letters.
  • Point of contact for employees regarding work and labor law related matters.
  • Working with hiring managers and external applicants throughout the recruitment life-cycle, from demand management, job postings and pre-screening to applicant management and interviews.
  • Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates to fill current needs and to generate of a pool of candidates for future needs.
  • Supporting international employees with visa and relocation matters.
  • Implementing feedback processes to keep the organization on a high level of learning and improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Mother tongue German and excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field of study.
  • Minimum two years in comparable HR Manager position under German labor law.
  • Strong analytical skills for candidate evaluation and assessment.
  • Proven track record of successful hires (long-term) in a fast moving environment.
  • Experience in a startup or other highly ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with recruiting and networking tools such as Workable and Linkedin.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Strong skills in prioritization and self-organization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and esports is a plus.
