TSM is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to manage the execution of influencer campaigns. Day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) corresponding with clients through email and calls, communicating effectively internally with team managers, sales team, and content team to complete deliverables, maintaining internal organization and tracking of deliverables, and ensuring that completed campaigns are invoiced for in a timely manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage communication and outreach with our clients on a daily basis
  • Handle requests from clients and create solutions for each request
  • Manage campaign deliverables, campaign measurement and client reporting
  • Maintain and update all client related sales materials and status reports
  • Assist sales leads on other tasks related to client sponsorships
  • Other related duties assigned

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
  • 3 plus years of work experience in a similar or equivalent role
  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Account Manager preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
