About the Position

Twitch, the world’s leading live streaming platform for gaming, esports and more, is growing its advertising business in Japan, offering highly impactful video ad solutions that help advertisers reach consumers on Twitch on PC and Mobile globally. As a strong experienced Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leveraging Twitch’s world-class video platform to drive video advertising sales for premium and small-to-mid-sized advertisers, retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers, and prospecting to acquire new clients. You will work with advertisers from various verticals such as Gaming, Consumer Electronics, Entertainment, Beverage, Consumables, etc. You will have the opportunity to work with the local and global sales organizations, product teams and internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies and media reps, propose advertising solutions and acquire new marketing campaigns
  • Account management for your book of business, provide account service to advertisers and maintain / grow the ad business
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to create case studies for different types of campaigns to share with local or global teams
  • Conclude contracts with advertisers, advertising agencies, media reps, and deal with billing operations
  • Lead new projects by working with other team members locally or globally to make impact to the organization


  • Strong ownership, autonomy and bias for action
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, solution selling experiences (5+ years working experiences in advertiser, publisher, advertising agency, or consultation experiences in consulting company)
  • High motivation for achieving targets, deliver reliable results
  • Basic knowledge of internet advertising industry and internet advertising products
  • Experience creating and interpreting data, and making business recommendations
  • Ability to deal with operational tasks independently and efficiently
  • Passion for absorbing new knowledge and developing new business/opportunities by yourselves
  • Basic business English skills. Comfortable with email communication in English
