Twitch is seeking an experienced Brand Campaign Manager to drive and execute brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, including bringing to life Twitch’s brand promises to our core audiences: Creators, Viewers, Advertisers, and Developers. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Strategy, this role will work closely with integrated marketing, content, partnerships, business development, as well as Amazon digital properties. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, consumer tech savvy, and strategically focused individual with sizable experience working in brand marketing and managing complex marketing channels / campaigns with multiple business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of key brand foundational tools, including brand positioning, brand narrative, and overall strategy to support the amplification of the Twitch brand
  • Develop a deep understanding of Twitch’s strategic value targets / audiences, their motivations, and identify key messaging opportunities to reach them
  • Drive brand go-to-market strategy and campaigns that span across multiple channels including digital, social, CRM, search, promotions, events, and retail
  • Leverage analytics and research to develop powerful human insights that can inform and assist with brand positioning and marketing campaigns; report on campaign performance and initiative timely recommendations for optimization
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and engage with creative, media, and digital teams and agencies
  • Build thoughtful, well-articulated creative briefs that lead to best in class creative executions
  • Serve as a culture carrier within the organization, evangelizing the Twitch brand up, down, and across all business units and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of demonstrated success and subject matter expertise in brand strategy, brand marketing, and campaign execution
  • Experience working with consumer brands that have global impact
  • Experience working as an individual contributor in a highly dynamic environment
  • Strong writing acumen (ie, storytelling, messaging, brand guidelines copy)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask; ability to adapt to a fast moving environment
  • Excellent team player with ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing, Business, or related fields a plus
