Here at VY Esports, we are building a full-service solution for brands to reach and connect with younger audiences through esports. We enrich the esports space with partnerships, live events, influencer programs, and sponsorships.
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to work alongside a fast-paced Revenue and Business Development teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the esports or videogame sector, and a natural passion for the area. Experience in entertainment, as well as partnerships and sponsorships, would also be hugely valuable.
We are looking for someone with a solid account management background and a real eye for detail. You will need to be a quick thinker and strong multi-tasker, ready to manage various accounts at a time or pull together a campaign recap at the bat of an eye.
- Coordinate all activities of the project team and ensure that project tasks are completed by communicating action steps to team and delivering regular status reports to project team, the client, and management
- Campaign and event reporting and best practice sharing across the markets
- Budget management inclusive of all owned projects
- Communicate with assigned clients on a daily/weekly basis, obtaining updated directions and client approval on projects before deployment
- Support Business Development team in the process of identifying, pursuing, executing and keeping track of partnerships and other strategic initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in executing complex campaigns within an agency focusing on sports or gaming clients
- Extremely well organized, familiar with professional communications, deck building, and spreadsheet work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with a proven capacity to adapt quickly
- Proven ability to deliver results as well as executing on client campaigns
- Ability to multitask a number of different account requirements and deliver results under pressure
