E-gaming and Entertainment Industry needs a very enthusiastic and multitasking Store Manager.

Aims:

  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee high quality customer service in the store
  • Increase brand value
  • Strengthen store operations

Requirements:

  • Warm, friendly, outgoing, positive and helpful
  • Have a sense of teamwork and can also complete tasks on their own
  • Proficiency in the use of word, Excel and other office software
  • Strong observation.
  • Logic, good at summarising
  • Have more than 1 year of work experience in the store manager position
  • Actively seek business cooperation and linkage with surrounding shops

Responsibilities:

  • Train new employees and implement headquarters training programs
  • Communicate with new customers to introduce our services
  • Help customers solve problems in the shortest time
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest game news and use it to communicate with guests
  • Work with other partners to create a vibrant and welcoming in-store atmosphere
  • Weekly summary report on the operation of the store, identify deficiencies, develop improvement plans and execute
  • Manage in-store expenditures and financial status and record
  • Implement the market plan for the implementation of headquarters arrangements
